SUPPORT OVERVIEW

General Support Guidelines

InfoQuest technical support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.  This includes business hours, non-business hours, weekends, and US based holidays.

InfoQuest will only provide support to the person authorized as the primary account contact for the service provided by InfoQuest.

Support Tickets (Preferred Method)

To request support, please login to the InfoQuest Customer Control Panel and open a support ticket.  Support tickets are assigned a unique number used to track your request.  A support technician will receive your request 24x7x365 and reply as soon as they have diagnosed your request.

If you are the primary account contact and do not have a Customer Control Panel login, please call us at 1-800-622-4403 to be verified for access.

Telephone Support

It is possible to call InfoQuest support by phone at 1-800-622-4403, Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.  We do however recommend you open a support ticket as noted above.  Support tickets allow us to track your request, assign technicians specifically to your request, and provide you with a way to update the ticket online.

Requesting support via phone will delay your request as we must authenticate the caller is authorized to request support.

Email Support

Email is not the primary way to contact InfoQuest for support.  A support ticket is preferred.  While It is possible to send email to support@infoquest.com, this may delay your request for support.

Requesting support via email will delay your request as we must authenticate the requestor is authorized to request support.  For security reasons, this method of support will eventually be discontinued.

Datacenter Colocation

Datacenter colocation customers have a dedicated support number to call after business hours for immediate datacenter access.  During business hours, please send an email to support@infoquest.com to inform us of any access requests.

Professional Services

Professional Services are for that time when you need help that goes beyond our usually provided free support.  Additional information on Professional Services can be found on the Professional Services page.
